1. Services
Vnext Overseas provides education consultancy services including counselling, university application assistance, visa guidance, and related support. Our counselling sessions are free of charge. Any nominal processing fees are communicated transparently in writing before any payment is made.
2. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa
University admissions and visa decisions are made solely by universities and immigration authorities respectively. Vnext Overseas does not and cannot guarantee admission or visa approval. We commit to honest assessment and best-effort preparation of your application.
3. Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in visa refusal or cancellation. Vnext Overseas is not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
4. Fees
Government visa application fees and university application fees are non-refundable regardless of outcome. Our service fees, if applicable, are governed by the Refund Policy available on this website.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vnext Overseas's liability is limited to the service fees paid by the client. We are not liable for consequential losses including travel costs, accommodation deposits, or loss of income resulting from visa refusals or application delays.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
